Description: In this course you will discuss techniques for planning and sequencing project activities. You will identify the Critical Path for completing a project on schedule and list and discuss the cost elements that should be included in a project budget. You will also discuss techniques for controlling for deviation from budgets and schedules. Finally, you will discuss key elements of project management communications and reporting tools, and the key activities of project close-out.
